General information
This website is operated by Lumeree (“Lumeree”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our website.
The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to your purchase is the version published on the website at the time of ordering.
Orders and contract formation
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in order to place an order.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. A binding agreement is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation from Lumeree.
Lumeree reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Technical errors
- Suspicion of fraud or misuse
- Incorrect or unverifiable payment information
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and added to the total order amount.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely via certified payment providers. Lumeree does not store full card details.
The payment is charged when your order is processed.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative.
Lumeree is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, and additional fees.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform Lumeree (e.g., via email at contact@lumeree.dk) within the 14-day period.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Lumeree may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
30-day return policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Lumeree offers a 30-day return policy.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or where any seal has been broken cannot be returned.
Return shipping within Denmark costs 49 DKK and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns sent without prior contact may result in delays in processing.
Claims and defective goods
Under Danish law, consumers have a 2-year right to make a claim for defects that were present at the time of delivery.
The right to claim does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use
- Improper washing or handling
If you wish to make a claim, please contact us at contact@lumeree.dk within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, branding, and design, belongs to Lumeree and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumeree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Force majeure
Lumeree shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or system failures.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may file a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
