Easy returns in a few steps

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

You also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection laws, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The item must not be worn or used beyond what is necessary to try it on.

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or where any seal has been broken cannot be returned.

To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us at contact@lumeree.dk with your order number before returning your item.

Return shipping (Denmark)

Return shipping costs 49 DKK. A return label will be provided, and the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns that do not follow the return instructions may result in delays in processing.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Damaged or defective items

If you have received an item with a defect or production fault, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect
Your order number

Once we have received your request, we will review the case and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that we are unable to process claims without sufficient documentation.
